Staff Management | SMX is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Inbound call center with the Chicago Lighthouse.

Duties: Assist customers with I-Pass and Illinois Tollway questions. Process phone requests for new accounts, assist with violation
payments or missed toll payments. Multiple positions available including Bilingual positions.
