This person will work directly with leadership to facilitate project communication, cross team collaboration, problem solving, risk escalation, and ensuring we are adhering to our governance framework. Responsibilities:Help manage the open tickets and daily triage in partnership with the teamCollaborate with project leadership to define objectives, stakeholders and definition / communication strategySupport the PM and coordinate with our vendor(s) to manage project planCollaborate with teams across IT, stakeholders, and vendors to create daily/weekly statusSchedule meetings as needed stakeholders to discuss key topics and issuesLog, track and escalate risks / actions / dependenciesManage storage / archiving of all project documentation on the project collaboration site to ensure we are meeting internal and audit requirementsSupport team meeting by capturing notes, aligning next steps and follow-upPerform other duties as necessarySkills:Strong interpersonal and communications skills, written and oralStrong presentation skills and expert in Microsoft PowerPointAble to work in a fast paced, large team environment and multi-taskAnalytical thinker and problem solver with an affinity towards dataMicrosoft Excel expert and able to use to track financial actuals and forecastsAble to liaison with business and technology team membersUnderstanding of Project Management, preferably Agile methodQualifications:3-5 years experience as a Project CoordinatorGreat organization skills, great coordination and follow up skillsExpert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Excellent written, verbal and presentation skillsFundamental understanding of software development lifecycle, preferably Agile methodExperience supporting the operations of a major technology application is preferred - provided by Dice * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
