Role Summary
Technology Early Career Development Program (TECDP) Summer Internship
CIGNA IT is looking for passionate technology-focused individuals to join the Technology Early Career Development Program (TECDP). As a TECDP Associate, you will be dedicated to supporting CIGNA's mission of improving the health, well-being and sense of security of those we serve and will be given the opportunity to spend the summer months in an area of IT, helping drive that mission forward. This opportunity will increase your technical, leadership, and business skills.
TECDP offers structured technical and non-technical training, networking opportunities, formal mentoring, and exposure to a breadth of technology across multiple lines of business. Throughout the internship, you will be challenged to develop the skills and competencies necessary to become a successful IT professional.
Opportunities for TECDP full-time associates, interns and co-ops are available in several areas that support the business such as HealthCare, Group Insurance (Life, Accident, and Disability) and Pharmacy. Additional opportunities include IT support in Information Protection or Operations. Our intern and co-op opportunities act as a catalyst to a full-time position upon graduation.
