Check this out:We are looking for an addition to our Commercial Excellence team, to assist with the progression of Commercial Strategies across the organization. The role will play a significant part in projects relating to Commercial Excellence. Duties include:Development and execution of company brandingCreation, management and maintenance of Marketing campaigns and strategiesCreation, management and maintenance of Marketing collateral across all company products and solutionsAssist with planning of internal and external Commercial conferences and events Management of external channel partners to promote the success of company products and solutionsIntegration with Sales to continuously provide seamless outputs for company Sales strategies and funnel processBrainstorming, development and execution of new product initiativesPlanning of internal Commercial messaging, training, awareness and eventsManagement of new and existing client projects as neededAssist with discussions with potential clients during the sales process as neededPerform research to support Commercial Excellence initiativesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities General Requirements Must have an understanding of the following areas within the life sciences industry:Drug discovery, development, and commercializationClinical Trials / CROsMarketing – campaigns and strategiesPharmaceutical Sales processBusiness Development General information technology – applications, solutions, programs that are common solutions for business in the life sciencesWill have a strong desire to help drive the company forwardIs an independent, confident thinker who is comfortable suggesting new ideas and out of the box thinkingComfortable with a flexible upper management structure that empowers employees Is a self-starter and motivated person who takes initiative and doesn’t need to be micromanagedHas a positive, upbeat personalityIs able to make decisions quickly and comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environmentIs a Team player and also a great individual contributorEducation, Training & Experience Has 5+ years experience in a Business Development (or related) role, within the Pharma industry in North AmericaHas a proven track record of building successful relationships through partnering and beyondHas a degree in the Life Sciences, MS and MBA preferred but not requiredThis position can be remote – within the US. Or it can be based at our company headquarters, located in Piscataway, NJ.
