This role requires individual to prepare and maintain schedule for clients and caregivers and update weekly schedule reports. The Office Administrator/Scheduler personnel role will include answering the office phone, taking calls after hours, recruit personnel, verify and complete employment references and criminal background checks. Individual will maintain current and discharged client and employee files and communicate with clients and caregivers. Employee will be responsible for verifying documents for new hires, professionally greeting office guest, assist with training sessions and other duties, as needed. Office Admin will assist, as needed, with invoicing clients to include private pay, insurance companies, and VA. High degree of integrity is essential. Openness and willingness to accept other duties is expected in this role.
