Job Summary: We are looking for a Digital Agency Lead in our expanding Digital NA Commercial Lines division to create long-term, trusting relationships with appointed Agents & Brokers who access Chubb products through our digital platforms and capabilities. The Digital Agency Lead will oversee a portfolio of assigned partners and for each develop and grow new business. Additionally, they will actively seek to find opportunities to leverage Chubb technology solutions to deepen our relationship with agents and expand our partners reach to their target customers. The position can be based with our digital team in Jersey City, NJ or in close proximity to a Chubb Regional Office. The role will report to the Senior Vice President & Digital Business Officer, NA Commercial Lines. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned agents and brokers digital account management matters Competently describe Chubb s Digital offering, products and implementation options ion order to build relationships from prospect identification to exploration to mutual agreement. Understand and manage an existing group of partners and assess their needs and potential. Clearly define and communicate a long-term and near-term strategy for each partner to the partner and internal stakeholders Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships in support of mutual growth objectives. Forecast, track and communicate key account metrics to external and internal stakeholders (e.g., quarterly sales results, annual forecasts, monthly product performance, digital tools adoption, etc.) Work closely and collaboratively with Small Commercial Territory Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, RVPs and Branch Managers to assess digital possibilities for their partners and jointly bring in new partners. Working with Digital Product and Partner Connections lead, ensure the timely and successful implementation of our digital solutions according to partner needs and objectives Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed; drive to resolution and partner satisfaction Take on Special Projects as required with new types of partners and business opportunities as part of our broader Digital partner strategy, ranging from Affinity Partnerships, Digital Solution providers, and other partners. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager 4-year college degree required. Preferred higher education degree (MBA) or professional designations such as CIC and CPCU desired. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years P&C insurance experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Relationship Building, Influence and Negotiation skills Exposure to digital development, innovation lab desirable Entrepreneurial and Creative approach to challenges and opportunities.
