Job DescriptionPosition:Bilingual Japanese Project ManagerDuration:6 months contractLocation:Jersey City, NJ***Need Only LocalsMode of interview: OnsitePURPOSE:The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project produces therequired deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraintsof time and cost. The Project Manager is normally responsible for medium to highcomplexity and or medium to high risk projects. This will include managing the governance,scope, costing, scheduling, communications, planning tracking, terms conditions andrisk management of the project.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES? Defines the project requirements and manages the agreement process of the projectrequirements and objectives with the Project Governance Board or appointed projectassurance role? Manages the delivery of the project and production of the required products /deliverables to ensure acceptance, closedown and handover to service.? Reports to the relevant stakeholders through regular Status Reports.? Manages business and project risks and produces an effective plan and riskassessment so that impact to timeframe and project costs are understood andmitigated.? Establishes and maintains the Change Control (CC) for their project against agreedplans.? Is accountable for tracking the project costs and supporting any payment milestones.? Manages the relationship and communications with key stakeholders? Manage activities of project resources and develops a team of personnel resources.Defines the roles and responsibilities of the project team, forecasts and establishesthe project team and ensures that the team understands the task that is to beundertaken.? Ensures technologies meet architecture standards.? Ensure smooth transition of projects deliverables to Operations teams.? Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures and works acrosspractices to share lessons learned and best practices.? Works across practice to share lessons learned and best practices with team.Skills:? English and Japanese bilingual (mandatory)? Experience in Enterprise Service Bus implementation project (preferred)? Typically 8 + years IT project management experience? PMP certification / ITIL certification (preferred)? Detailed understanding of project management methodologies? Well versed in Infrastructure type technologies (desktop, server, storage, security,network, applications, virtual environments, etc.)? Ability to communicate at senior levels and good commercial and influencing skills? Planning, financial and budgetary control skills? Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint and related??Project Management tools? Education: Bachelors? Languages: English and Japanese (Fluent)? Certifications Licenses: PMPSDL2017
