Job Description - Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: Manage a team of 4 Review and analyze various P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for all offices and corporate departments Record monthly and month-end reclassification, correction and accrual journal entries across offices and departments Produce monthly Board of Manager s file and reporting package for the CFO Produce and maintain monthly Office P&L s and Department Expense Reports (P&L level) Design, develop and build the Company s financial statement reports, office and department reports, and other analytical reports for use by the CFO, Controller and other management Maintain provider roster and provider compensation expense file and record monthly provider compensation expense Manage company corporate credit cards, monitor and review employee monthly credit card transactions and expenses, and upload credit card transactions from Concur to the GL Maintain all information on the Company s building leases, deferred rent calculations, monthly lease payments and future lease obligations Perform other tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting required CPA desired 5+ years of relevant accounting experience required At least 2+ years of supervisory experience Advanced Excel skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills verbal and written Motivated, willingness to learn Willing and able to work late during the month-end close, reporting and analysis timeframe, during interim and year-end audit, and for special projects* The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
