As the Head of Global Payments and Billing Optimization, you will be responsible for setting up and driving this critical function for Adobe, which now processes millions of subscription transactions per month. This is a global role that spans multiple customer segments, businesses and products, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.. As we build out this practice, we are looking for an expert who can define the future state vision and operating model for payments and billing optimization and build a team to make it happen. You know how to do this because you have led payments and billing optimization efforts at a major tech company. You know how to build things and also how to optimize and grow them. You are a clear communicator who is comfortable presenting to executive leadership teams.. You have exceptional analytical skills and have extensive experience leading analyst and data science teams to identify opportunities through BIN level analysis. You know what questions to ask and how to set up frameworks for analysts so analysts can identify opportunities. You are able to prioritize opportunities based on impact and level of effort.. Most importantly, you are a great leader. You will be building and leading a team across a complex, global organization. You have extensive experience working with product, engineering and growth teams to drive results. You are able to leverage your existing relationships and negotiating skills to drive Adobe's agenda with processors.. This is a new muscle for Adobe, so you'll have to be comfortable with change and finding creative ways to make things work along the way.. What you'll do. Develop a data-driven process to prioritize, drive and track billing optimization initiatives across Adobe's Digital Media business and own the optimization of a multi-billion-dollar renewals book of business. Present compelling business case and provide regular updates on progress to CEO and executive team. Define the operating model required for Adobe to best-in-industry and build a team of leaders that can drive change across a highly-matrixed organization. Partner with data science and analytics teams to define and build a data model that will generate the insights required to prioritize initiatives and drive growth programs. Lead a team of experts across product, marketing, growth, customer support, data science and analytics functions to drive initiatives that lead to ARR growth. Prioritize initiatives, ensuring the team is focused on the activities that will generate the highest value to Adobe. Drive Adobe's agenda with processors based on insights and opportunities from analysis. Break down barriers through exceptional relationship-building to ensure that progress is being made and objectives are met. Partner with global teams to ensure billing initiatives are prioritized globally based on impact. Work with product teams to develop requirements for new product initiatives based on a deep understanding of billing opportunities and their potential impact. Put plans in place to ensure quarterly targets are met based on analysis of the key metrics that drive engagement and retention. What you need to succeed. BS/BA with 10+ years software, high tech or ecommerce experience leading billing initiatives. Proven success at developing a strategy and building or launching a billing function at a large, global scale. Startup experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership. Experience driving testing and optimization and growth in order to optimize the customer experience and deliver results. Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving. Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues. The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position. Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels. A solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first.
