SUMMARY : Responsible for marketing, placement and recruitment of IT Consultants/Client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall duties include marketing, developing new clients, coordinating interviews, follow ups, rate negotiations, building consultant and client relationships.
Source potential candidates including, in person and/or phone interview, and reference checking for current and future positions.
Interview and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
Source resumes from Internal Database, Job Boards and references for fulfilling requirements and doing recruitments.
Coordinate interview, and on-going work logistics between clients and service professionals.
Maintain strong relationships with services professional and clients.
Must have strong negotiation skills.
Must maintain a good working relationship with all Clients and staff.
Ability to work any assigned shift/work schedule.
Possess solid planning, time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills during negotiation delivery.
Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of IT service recruiting experience. The ability to locate qualified candidates. Must have strong interviewing and screening skills. Good communication skills required. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Must be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and be familiar with online job boards, i.e. Dice, Career Builder, Monster etc. Solid understanding of 1099 or W2 status. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members. Have produced results under pressure in a fast paced environment. A team player with a proven record of dependability, enthusiasm and high sense of integrity.
