Technical Customer Support Opportunity in East Louisville!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Individuals will handle inbound phone calls and emails from vendors and process orders
  • As customers call in, this position will enter in their orders into a company database
  • Coordinate dispatch service agents nationwide


  • 90-day contract-to-hire
  • Starting pay: $15 per hour
  • Department hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM


  • A minimum of two-years of experience in customer service (call center environment)
  • Order Entry or Purchase Order experience
  • Experience troubleshooting over-the-phone
