Lead prioritization and implementation of strategy changes and initiatives across the business areaIdentify barriers and find opportunities for organizational effectiveness in delivery such as the need for changes in department roles and organizationsBusiness owner for the build-out of the new strategic platform solution capabilities, including oversight for the development of requirements, prioritization, optimization, simulation testing, migration strategy, training and deploymentDemonstrate success of a center of excellence model through successful testing and deployment at scale of innovative ideas cultivated. Maintains a cohesive real estate strategy to align future COE expansion.Sets clear and concise operational priorities within span of control that align directly to the strategy.Partners with other business units to understand strategic priorities and challenges; Reports on progress in delivering results and prepares thoughtful action plans to address key challenges.Collaborates with leaders across multiple functions and others in the pursuit of strategic objectives.Ensures budget capacity to support progress in delivering change.Manage relationships with vendors and/or 3rd party partnersPartner closely with all internal business areas to ensure the end-to-end product management process is delivering value to our external broker community and our consumersEnsure that the product meets customer needs
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments to deliver programs from inception to completionExperience leading major strategic programs Bachelor's Degree
