This position is responsible for working across multiple business units within the CVS Health Enterprise; providing advice and counsel to leaders related to community activity and visibility to support growth and retention. The role will provide guidance to Caremark and Aetna leaders and work alongside corporate funders to support key business imperatives. Proven ability to drive results and work in an environment with a high degree of multi-tasking. Strong analytic skills required to problem solve.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
Support the design and execution of programs, defining new opportunities and interfacing with key internal constituents as well as external stakeholders including non-profit partners, clients and community leaders with a focus on advancing the company s reputation. Execute on strategies designed to integrate corporate giving platform across all business units.
Travel and present at meetings with internal stakeholders in order to articulate department's support of business partners.
Work with corporate and foundation funders to leverage evaluations and activations to enhance reputation.
Act as liaison with compliance team to ensure we are successfully adhering and managing towards the company's policies and procedure on corporate giving as well as compliance to the company's current CIA.
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
Bachelor's degree from accredited higher education institution. Advanced degree or specialized certification a plus.
20% or greater travel required.
Strong interpersonal skills that support creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid communication skills.
Computer skills including word, excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient writing skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Grant making understanding.
Project Management skills.
Health care knowledge preferred including including knowledge of pBM and insurance business.
Public policy knowledge preferred.
