Agern is open for dinner six nights a week; and lunch every weekday.
We are looking for an aspiring Cook who has experiences working in a fast-paced environment and thrive working independently at a high speed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and through respectful communication, ensure smooth service to colleagues and guests.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, Health, Sanitation, and SERV Safe standards.
Uphold all kitchen, preparation, service and dining and storage areas according to company standards of time, levels, order, and appearance.
1-2 years of experience in a comparable kitchen setting required.
