Client is a mid-sized health system that is implementing Epic for the first time. They are building their project team with strong application analysts across the soon-to-be Epic enterprise and are specifically looking for a high-level Orders/ICON analyst to join the team and assist with all facets of the implementation lifecycle. This organization will be leaning on this resource to lead the charge and provide senior expertise on the day to day build duties and scoping of an Epic install. The consultant hired will be certified in both Epic Orders, Epic Order Transmittal and Epic ICON (Bugzy) and have experience on multiple full-lifecycle implementations. This person must hold at least 6+ years of build experience with many different sized organizations. This client is looking for someone with a breadth of knowledge accrued from a multitude of different environments (all different sized health systems across the country). More specifically, this consultant hired will be focused on the build related to their physician workflows and infection control workflows. From a fit perspective, this person must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding environment. As mentioned previously, this is a first-time install of Epic across the entire enterprise, so ability to not only navigate one s own work on a day-to-day basis but also guide greener application analysts is crucial. Communication skills and documentation skills are required.
