Shopbop is looking for a highly-structured, process-oriented, and customer-focused team player, with an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will be responsible for site content and marketing content planning. This individual will also be responsible for refining and creating cross-departmental processes and tools to enable clarity and efficiency. This individual must be an exceptional communicator who works to understand, challenge and meet requirements of multiple teams.

* Own the content calendar for Shopbop * Partner with the Editorial Director, Fashion Office, buying team, planning team and creative team to calendar stories, taking revenue, COOP contributions, brand and marketing objectives into account * Create reports & analyze weekly performance of features to guide and shape recommendations for future stories & calendaring decisions * Create cross-org timelines for all on and off site collateral. Understand teams' capacity prior to project kick-off. * Drive insights and learnings cross-functionally on content performance, including best practices and recommendations * Spearhead and lead improvement to the calendar planning process. * Act as key stakeholder and leader within the project management tool * Own Co-op allocation, approvals, tracking, and recaps. Drive innovation to streamline the communication between buyers, vendors, and creative team. * Own promotions calendar and communication of companywide updates * Project manage on-site promotions including brand-right messaging, asset proofing, business sign-off and org communication * In partnership with creative, project manage key marketing campaigns e.g. Fall, Spring, Summer, Holiday & other large-scale multi-platform campaigns. Ensure team members are working against deadlines and understand the impact of changes across the organization. * Create KPIs and insights to measure success of integrated marketing campaigns, collect results across teams, and report on success metrics * Work with technology team to implement content tracking and reporting to provide the required data for site content analysis
