The Employment Marketing Manager works with the Talent Acquisition Team and Organizational Development leaders to drive the processes and programs that support candidate experience, employer branding and support employee retention. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition this role will assist in the development and continuous improvement of sourcing and recruiting reporting, metrics and analytics; creating a road map for ongoing success. Responsibilities: Manage the career sites for ADPI and our affiliates including content and landing pages, system integrations, and candidate experience. Partner with TA Partners and affiliate leaders to create and execute campaigns that boost employer brand and reputation of ?Employer of Choice? across multiple networks including social media, Indeed and Glassdoor. Develop and implement campaigns and strategies for ADPI and our affiliates that will elevate their employer brand and allow them to better attract qualified candidates to their group. Direct the creation of branded content for various campaigns, events and digital media in the form of articles, videos, photographs, and print materials. Oversee the National Employee Referral Program. Manage the ADPI social media platforms and grow follower audience by delivering content that is relevant and reflective of our culture. Track and review analytics and reporting trends surrounding applicant sources, completed applications, hires, and retention and develop new ways to drive candidate volume while becoming more cost effective and efficient. Partner with the TA team to develop local and national recruitment materials, content and strategies to attract and engage their targeted candidates. Partner with TA and OD teams to create user guides and training support materials that align with TA processes, tools and systems. Continuously work to improve the Applicant Tracking System and Talent Acquisition workflow, and manage integrations between 3rd party vendors (Silkroad, CareerBuilder, Avature) as appropriate. Identify and engage cost effective sourcing/branding solutions including negotiation of favorable terms for the company and effective management of 3rd party engagements. Grow our Talent Community by delivering campaigns that support our Employer Value Proposition and inspire action. Oversee sponsorship and advertising opportunities for national trade shows, industry publications, etc? as it relates to Talent Acquisition. Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships. Support OD with internal and external communications as requested. Keep informed of industry best practices and new technologies that may be beneficial for the organization Required Skills: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Strong working knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strong organizational, project management and execution skills are needed along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills Ability to work as a team player and influence Strong negotiation and vendor management skills focusing on metric/SLA monitoring, issue management and process reviews.
