Sous Chef

AMERICAN DINING CREATIONS, is one of the fastest growing, national providers of dining and catering services.

Currently we are hiring for the position of Sous Chef to assist our Executive Chef with college dining services at Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica. Position overview includes food production, catering events and working with daily with the staff to offer guidance and training! Candidates should have a combination of education and minimum experience of three (3) years in a similar culinary role. The position is located in Utica.

Sous Chef will include:

* Supervise all cooking operations in the kitchen and food stations that include grill, hot line, deli / pizza
* Manage support staff and interact daily with customers
* Daily you will lead production, assist with cooking at a food station, and manage catering order.
