Highly experienced Executive Assistant with cross company communications, planning, logistics management and administrative support. Provides extensive, targeted management of day-to-day administrative needs of Executive to utilize time wisely including meeting prioritization, travel planning and record keeping using Microsoft Outlook. Hours to mirror Executive needs with an emphasis on daily minimum business start of 8:00 am EST.Job Requirements:Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task daily duties as well as manage multiple projects and prioritize self and others.Partners with Administrative Peers and Company administrative personnel to provide a team work approach for Executive coverage and follow-through.Drafts and produces grammatically accurate documents and correspondence including contracts, presentations, e-mail, letters, and memos, etc.Responds to general questions or requests for information for the L&R Funds business segment.Performs ad hoc projects, presentations and briefs for global distribution.Previous work experience and understanding of work environment supporting C-level Executives.Interacts and supports mutual fund boards as needed.Qualifications:Education and/or Experience:Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience7-10+ years directly related experience supporting global business segmentsFinancial Services experience a plusSkills and/or Abilities:Ability to provide support with a highly specialized knowledge of administration, clerical, and managerial functions while maintaining confidentialityExercises good judgement and appropriate level of discretionExcellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detailDetailed knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPointManages, scans and stores important PDF files, with orderly filing for retrievalManages phones, transferring, conferencing and routing all business related calls in a discreet and professional mannerKnowledge of Workday, Concur, Ariba, Huntington Time Piece, Fieldglass, Flagship, WAV would be helpful, but is not requiredIt has been and will continue to be the policy of American International Group, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
