Member Services Specialists are the first point of contact for youth, families/caregivers and providers accessing the System of Care. They are responsible for answering all calls within a specific service level agreement and completing the registration process as well as managing questions from treatment providers. Member Services Specialists determines the appropriate routing of the call and attempts to be the first point of resolution. This position is also responsible for maintaining consistent procedures and providing outstanding customer service.
* High School/GED required. * Associate's Degree preferred. * Call Center, Customer Service, Behavioral Health, Managed Care, Human Services, Data Entry, Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing, ability to respond sensitively to youth, families, caregivers and providers * Must be bilingual, demonstrating the ability to speak both English and the target language. Must be able to perform the responsibilities of the position either in English or in another language. Languages required are determined by business need.
