Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Regional Manager, Field Sales & Artistry is to ensure brand vision and education consistency is executed within the field. The role partners with the Director of Field Sales & Artistry to deliver brand direction and manages execution through education.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and track the performance of the Artistry Trainers within the region
  • Strategize to elevate in-store presence, image, and education/artistry execution
  • Deliver direction from home office and manage consistency in the field
  • Ensure education and artistry objectives are met in all channels/field employees
  • Ensure strong partnership and collaboration with the retailers
  • Understand field needs and strategize to enhance brand objectives
  • Communicate with the Education Department and Field Sales on a weekly basis
  • Track progress/development of activations implemented
  • Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • 3-5 + years' experience in the retail cosmetic industry
  • Understands the fundamentals of makeup
  • Works well with others
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective partnerships
  • Must be open to receiving feedback and have a solution orientated approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated / Creative thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft / Apple programs
  • Physical ability to move fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and climbing ladders
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Availability to travel, as needed
  • This is a telecommute position and will require working from home office
