Your Impact As A Senior HR Business Partner
In this role, you will report to a Vice President of HR with primary responsibility for supporting Aons Corporate functions. Working in close partnership, you will bring confidence to share new ideas and perspectives, challenge the status quo in thoughtful diplomatic fashion, and stay a step ahead by giving the leadership team things to think about proactively. The goal is to structure the operating model for better delivery and outcomes, and add value to internal clients by leveraging your strong Organizational Development skills to evaluate, develop and align the right talent strategies.
