Job Description






Role and Responsibilities


The primary responsibility for the Cloud Transitions Project Coordinator is to coordinate and communicate through multiple resources and support the Project Manager with the overall discovery, planning, building, testing, implementation and hand off to operations for applications identified for migration from their current state to our Azure Cloud and Office 365 based platform.

Principle Duties:
  • Administration of project documentation, plans and reporting
  • Assist Project Manager with capturing content during interviews with multiple internal and external resources to scope and organize applications for migration
  • Coordinate activities, resources and information around applications identified for cloud migration
  • Liaise with project teams to identify and define project activities
  • Develop, manage and organize SharePoint sites for each application identified for cloud migration
  • Work with Communications team to ensure proper coordination on all project activities and go-lives
  • Compile data elements and project reporting statistics for Project Management review and dissemination


  • Additional Duties:
  • Complete work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines
  • Follow procedures and policies, and apply data and resources to support projects or initiatives that collaborate with others, often cross-functionally both internal and external to the organization
  • Solve business problems while supporting the completion of priorities, deadlines and expectations for each assigned project
  • Communicate progress and identify recommendations to address improvement opportunities when possible
  • Assist the Project Manager with the management of project sub-teams by ensuring assignment and tracking of tasks for team members
  • Support the Project Manager with the management and proactive mitigation of project issues and risks


  • Qualifications and Education Requirements


    Bachelor’s Level Degree

    Preferred Skills


    Project Management Professional (PMP)
    IT Enterprise Project Coordination (Infrastructure and/or Application)
    ITIL Foundations
    Microsoft Azure Cloud or other Cloud Model Project Coordination Experience
    SharePoint
    Office 365
