This role will involve engaging with senior customer' executives and other key decision makers and influencers, both independently and as part of a team, to position products and solutions and develop opportunities. Primary products and solutions will include Wireless Technologies (WiFi, CBRS, LTE, 5G, DAS, Small Cells), Fiber Solutions (PON, NGPON2), Services (Managed Services, Deployment Services), Video (IP Video, QAM Video, OTT Video).
Experience in broadband data, IP video technologies and software solutions
Proven record of success in territory management and growth
Management of entire sales cycle from opportunity assessment to close
Experience in developing account plan creation and execution
Experience in complex solutions bids
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Good technical understanding. Sales Engineering experience a plus
Must be articulate with strong presentation and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all functional areas of the customer organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficiency in MS, CRM (Salesforce) and forecast tools
