Our client, an expanding pharmaceutical company, is seeking a people-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to work full-time in their Hamilton office. Salary/Hourly Rate: $13/hr Position Overview: Our client is seeking and friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representative who will provide excellent customer service to their clients. The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable speaking on the phone, interacting with customers in person, attending to customers' needs, solving customer concerns. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Greet and attend to visitors in person Answer inbound and making outbound calls, solving customer concerns Provide general information for visitors via phone and in person Provide as needed administrative support, such as filing, copying, and organizing
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
Prior experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role Enthusiastic, detail-orientated, and comfortable working independently Available to full time hours
High School Diploma/GED
