The Developer Relations team in the Bot Store is focused on activating the automation industry's biggest community of independent software vendors (ISVs) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) partnerswho in turn create and sell bots and digital workers for our industry-leading Bot Store.



As a Principal Architect for Developer Relations, you will engage these developers worldwide, evangelizing the opportunity on our platform. You'll create and maintain strong relationships with ISVs and SaaS partners, understanding their needs and advocating for them across internal engineering, product management, marketing, and other teams.



You'll also focus on creating best-in-class resources for developers, including demos, code samples / reference apps, documentation, how-to guides, and best practices on building bot and digital workers for download and use by customers from the Bot Store. You'll scale your engagement with developers by publishing articles and blog posts and engaging in developer communities.



The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer, excellent listener, and great communicator who thrives in evangelizing and engaging developers on-stage, online, and one-on-one.



Key qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.



5+ years of professional programming experience (Java, C#, Python, or similar languages).



Track record of:



+ Effectively working at scale with third-party developers and through developer communities, understanding and responding to their needs

+ Generating high-quality content (articles, documentation, demos, code samples / reference apps, etc.) that enables developers to build and sell their software on marketplaces



Excellent communication and presentation skills:



+ Comfortable in engaging developers through on-stage presentations, training sessions, and in developer forums

+ Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences



Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm -- always thinking strategic for ways to exponentially increase your impact while getting things done
