Develop a mid-term Group Security strategy. Lead the development, provisioning and successful execution of the security strategy across the AXA Group. Ensure execution of the security strategy within programs and projects across Operating Companies.. Act as primary sponsor for projects related to the Group Security Strategy & Research function.. Develop, lead and promote the Research portfolio across AXA and cross industry.. Ensure Research portfolio is aligned to and supports business priorities and supports Group Security strategy.. Identify and understand emerging threats and risks, and changing regulations... Main Activities. Develop and implement mid-term Group Security strategy. Align the information security strategy with Group governance principles and processes.. Promote Group Security strategy across the security community and AXA and tactical implementation in relationship with the projects teams.. Promote Group Information Security research and collaborate on the development and operation of security good practice by establishing and maintaining key relationships with global and regional information security organizations.. Lead the ongoing research and analysis of emerging technology, risks and industry trends.. Identify and communicate new and evolving security threats to security, non-security and executive audiences with the aim to increase awareness and guide investment decisions.. Assess the impact of emerging technologies, risks and trends on the business environment and recommend appropriate mitigation actions for inclusion into the Group Security Strategy.. Promote Group Security Research and collaborate on the development and operation of security good practice by establishing and maintaining key relationships with global and regional information security organizations. Manage Group Security Strategy, Research and Threat Horizon projects & associated staff.. Support the change portfolio ensuring alignment of deliverables to the Target Operating Model and other key strategic drivers.. Ensure the Group Security strategy is aligned with the Group transformation and that the Group Security transformation is aligned with the strategy.. Participate in industry education and networking events, maintain relationships with external analyst community and drive continuous benchmarking of AXA Security Strategy against peers.. Profile. The position will have a key impact on the ability of the new practice to operate globally as an integrated organization. This is a key success factor for AXA to face the systemic and global nature of the Cyber risk, including the elements of business resiliency and physical security.. The person will have to manage the complexity of a global organization operating in a decentralized architecture. Goals can only be achieved through effective global stakeholder management and established governance.
