Bank of America has an excellent opportunity for a creative intelligent professional to join one of the larger, dynamic Technology divisions. The Business Strategy Analyst will be part of a team responsible for developing strategy, gleaming analytical insights and communications for a large global complex organization. They will be responsible for leading the Global Markets & Banking Technology efforts to develop powerful impactful presentations focused on technology and business strategy. Were looking for an individual that has a design mindset, is innovative who displays creativity and great collaboration, working with technologists to take a concept and data and turn it into a visual impactful presentation. We are looking for individuals that are deadline driven, organized and technology driven. The incumbent will work directly with the divisional CIO and each of the senior technology executives to design technical and business presentations for executive management by translating and simplifying complex technical requirements. They will attend meetings with stakeholders to build graphic solutions to complex problems or situation and create original graphic content material for a wide variety of audiences up to and including our most senior executives.

General Description

Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

Skills:

Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external leaders

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.), especially ability to effectively present technical information in Power Point

Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills with the ability to drive collaborations across diverse groups

Superior leadership, problem solving and organizational skills; strong attention to details

Ability to balance multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment

Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills; courage to challenge a status quo

Commercial awareness and understanding of business and technical environments

Exposure and experience with advanced analytical and statistical techniques would be a plus

Bachelor degree required

MBA preferred
