Job Description:

Performs the activities required to support the Financing and Clearing Asset Management Services business. Works within a team responsible for providing operational support and understands all aspects of support and on-boarding activities including:
  • Manage the on-boarding calendar with business stakeholders
  • End-to-end coordination with internal resources and the client
  • Ensure redundant network provisioning between the client and the bank with appropriately sized bandwidth
  • Performs testing, go-live, and post go-live activities
  • Ongoing monitoring, Issue identification, and tracking to resolution
  • Build and maintain working relationships with broader organization
  • Maintain regular and professional contact with client's technology and operations representatives

Required Skills:
  • Fluid in the FIX protocol, trade lifecycle, networking, and testing methods
  • Ability to to monitor and support on an ongoing basis
  • Must have 6-8 years in an equity markets clearing and settlement systems organization
