A corporation facility in Massachusetts is looking for a physician assistant who can provide locum tenens coverage for three months beginning in late June with a high chance of extension for another six months. On a typical day, the locum tenens PA can expect to see between three and six adult patients for a variety of cases: Two procedures only - central lines and arterial lines. Working with Post-op complications, managing post- surg patients, weening patients from the vent, prepare patients to be transferred to the ICU, covering CC / ICU. The schedule will be three nights per week from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. This facility uses Epic EMR and will provide paid training.
