Where the Chemistry Happens

The BASF Human Nutrition business is working to find solutions to some of the most complex societal health issues. Our group is positioned at the intersection of active lifestyles and disease prevention and is working to redefine health care. Our proximity to the consumer allows us to understand their needs, and our technical expertise enables us to develop innovative solutions. Our goal is to utilize our expertise and solutions to shift consumers thinking about health care from disease treatment to disease prevention. The Human Nutrition Applications Department contributes to this goal by working closely with customers in the Dietary Supplement, Food and Beverage industries to develop unique formulations and applications that will appeal to consumers.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Your excellent presentation skills will be critical as you travel to customers to provide product line overviews, technical presentations and project solutions.
Utilizing both your technical and interpersonal skills, you will become a trusted technical resource for both customers and colleagues.
Demonstrating your ability to discern customer needs, you will develop technical plans for key accounts.
Your creativity will be showcased as you design, formulate and test new food, beverage and dietary supplement applications.
Leveraging your project management skills, you will lead the technical aspects of product launches and trade show planning.
By combining your technical skill and industry knowledge, you will contribute product ideas to the innovation pipeline.
