Job Impact and Scope Summary

The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the administrative duties to support Digital Publishing team's vision and strategic goals. This role will support partnerships with editorial, business owners, and other publishing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Track deliverables for digital assets and products

  • Monitor and follow-up on all publishing issues reported by customers

  • Support Director to create Scope of Work statements and proposals

  • Assist with all ?aspects of third-party content processes, including schedules, QA and feedback of new/updated digital assets and processing invoices

  • Perform regular Quality Assurance testing on site and troubleshoot site issues in a timely manner

  • Help team in organizing, communicating and following up with stakeholders

  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience

  • Book publishing experience is strongly preferred

  • Problem Solver. Strong, innovative and initiative-seeking approach to problem solving and finding solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent time management

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office a must

  • Must be authorized for employment in the US
