Head of Digital Business Analysis Office: Woodbridge State: NJDescriptionBessemer Trust is seeking a Head of Digital Business Analysis to define, conduct and manage high-impact projects and strategic initiatives related to our digital program. This position works closely with business partners to deliver on the client experience vision and other key business objectives. Candidates must have experience implementing and supporting websites as well as apps on mobile devices and must be able to work with minimal supervision, and deliver results in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Serve as a key point of contact between the IT team and business stakeholders on all items related to the digital program.Develop an understanding of Bessemer’s current digital offerings in order to support them.Collaborate with UX team to design solutions from the client viewpoint focusing on user experienceDesire to work on high-impact, client-facing systemsMotivated to develop and maintain an understanding of existing and new digital offerings as the industry evolvesPerform competitive analyses of peer digital offeringsPartner with business communities to determine and document requirements based on current and proposed business workflows.Participate in the development of project estimates, plans and schedules.Develop a deep understanding of Bessemer's business processes as well as expertise in our systems, workflows, data structure and culture.Evaluate information from multiple sources and determine appropriate priority/resolution.Facilitate large meetings and design sessions. Translate high-level information into technical details.Prototype to represent requirement information in various visual formats to accompany documentationCollaborate with the content, development and QA teams to design, implement, and test business requirements Identify innovative solutions to unique requirementsCommunicate information effectively and in the appropriate format to IT colleagues, business partners and management Ongoing operational support and training on supported productsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in business, finance, economics, computer science preferred8+ years of business analysis (or related) experiences, preferably in financial servicesExperience mapping/re-engineering business/process flowsUnderstanding of relational databases and working knowledge of SQLOperations, trust/accounting, report design, data analysis, programming experience a plusProven track record managing medium to large initiatives Certified Scrum Master, Certified Project Owner, PMP, CCBA, CBAP preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively and work in a fast-paced environmentThorough knowledge of business analysis concepts necesary to work with development and quality assurance teamsStrong writing skills to create user stories, analysis, documentation, create presentations, business requirements and training materialsProficiency in presenting to colleagues, management as well as training on applications and business processes is also requiredPrivately owned and independent, Bessemer Trust is a multifamily office that has served individuals and families of substantial wealth for more than 100 years.
