BK Medical is looking for a talented and self-motivated Sr. SAP Business Systems Analyst to help us improve the productivity of our SAP implementation. For this position, you will examine existing business processes, make recommendations for improvements, report and resolve issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend new business processes and procedures.
To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of multiple SAP business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will also be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Elicit, gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Closely collaborate with SAP & Business teams to identify, evaluate and implement continuous process Improvements
Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
Lead projects hands-on, ensure timely completion of tasks and support project manager
Coordinate user acceptance testing
Create and deliver training materials to business users
Business support: troubleshooting system issues, analyzing processes and recommending course of action. Proactive incident management.
Create, maintain and follow information technology processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize
Work in accordance with the IT Methodology standards and SOX compliant
Provide inputs for prioritization and ordering of change requests during SAP CAB (Change Advisory Board)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information systems or equivalent work experience acceptable
Minimum of 5 years of SAP Project implementation & Support experience with required expertise in the area of FI/CO, SD, MM, SM, QM along with third party interfaces
Experience with ABAP, Concur, Hyperion, MS Dynamics CRM are a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to use and learn technology to develop and enhance business processes
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to identify, research, and resolve issues
The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
