The Director, Addressable Sales is a key member of the Cadent Addressable Sales team. He/she will be responsible for closing and growing addressable and data-driven video advertising revenue at both agency and client-direct levels, as well as furthering the strategic partnership with their Cadent Network sales team counterparts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* In partnership with the Network sales team, close, grow and scale addressable and data-driven video advertising revenue across a designated portfolio of client-direct and agency-based accounts (new & existing)
* Set the addressable video account-based strategy that will lead to revenue generation across a suite of addressable video and data-driven television solutions
* Assess and close new addressable video deals, while owning and maintaining the ongoing business of established partners
* Accountable for achieving/exceeding addressable video sales goals
* Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong communication, execution and delivery across various teams and disciplines
* Serve as an internal advanced television expert and proactively stay on top of key marketplace trends, including direct/indirect Addressable competition and the advanced TV ecosystem generally
* Represent Cadent Addressable at various industry conferences and events



QUALIFICATIONS

* 5-7 years in Advertising Sales or Agency role
* Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with proven consistency in meeting/exceeding revenue goals and driving growth
* Deep understanding of data and closed-loop measurement solutions as well as data-driven, advanced television and/or video ecosystems
* Strong proficiency in consultative sales concepts
* Ability to navigate large agency and account teams
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strategic relationship management skills
* Experience managing the sell and position of new products offerings and a multi-product portfolio
* Proficient in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
* Self-starter who takes a proactive approach to his/her work and can also work independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
* Some Travel required
* Bachelors Degree
