The Customer Success Project Manager will guide IT software adoption from implementation strategy, to providing technical expertise as well as big-picture guidance and training. They will work directly with suppliers to teach their state-of-the-art software capabilities to ensure customer success of their solutions. This role will help take advantage of a high-growth market and capitalize on strong customer demand within key market sectors.

Prepare estimates and meet with management for high-level clients to review scope, plans, bid, and specifications.
Establish project objectives, timeline, budget, and performance standards. Meet regularly with client and vendors to track progress and construction efforts.
Coordinate resources and personnel.
Stay continually appraised of project status and report to stakeholders.
5+ years of project management experience, with a background in IT project implementation from the supplier side.
Demonstrated history working with contact centers.
Background in successful leadership roles with the ability to look at the day to day operations of a team from an overall company impact perspective.
Ability to communicate with C-level executives, non-technical audiences, stakeholders, direct reports, and other groups both project information as well as business value propositions.Demonstrated success in this area is preferred.
