Bonobos is looking for a Retail Facilities Manager to help meet the demands of our aggressively growing fleet of Bonobos, ModCloth and Eloquii retail stores.As the Retail Facilities Manager, you'll be an integral part of our collaborative and close-knit team that's helping to redefine how people shop by combining clicks and bricks. Reporting to the Director of Store Planning, you'll be tasked with creating, implementing and managing the preventive maintenance and repairs program for our fleet of Bonobos, ModCloth and Eloquii retail stores. In this highly cross-functional role, you will work with many other teams across brands, including Store Operations, Retail Store Field Management and Finance & Accounting.What you'll do?* Launch the preventive maintenance and repair program on the Service Channel platform to all existing and new stores in the digital consumer brand portfolio* Partner with each brand's Store Operations team to creative Service Channel training for all store managers* Source and negotiate preventive maintenance contracts for HVAC, cleaning, pest control, locksmith, fire extinguishers and general repairs* Manage and resolve the emergency and daily facilities issues for the fleet in partnership with outside vendors* Manage outside vendors to timely and cost effective repairs* Manage small construction projects and store refreshes* Provide clear and accurate financial reporting of all facilities programs and projects* Analyze preventive maintenance and repair spending data in Service Channel in order to create more efficient maintenance programs and overall spendingYou?* Have 4-5 years of facilities management experience managing a fleet of nationwide locations* Are an expert using Service Channel to manage a facilities program for a fleet of nationwide locations* Are familiar with standard construction practices as well as HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems* Are familiar with negotiating and managing preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, cleaning, pest control, locksmith, fire extinguishers, etc.* Have the ability to read and understand construction drawings* Have strong written and oral communication skills* Are self-motivated, extremely organized with a sense of urgency* Possess the strong ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize* Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Service Channel* Have the ability to be available for emergency store situations as they arise outside normal business hours* Are able to travel (required on occasion)* Are looking to join a team that is truly engaging, fulfilling, energetic, quirky and always passionateWe?* Value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy, often over experience* Will back up our talk with a competitive compensation package, challenging projects, random acts of team-wide fun and awesome coworkers* Don't believe in fire drills (except literal ones - they save lives)* Wear a lot of hats and value self-starters and initiatives* Believe that if you're not measuring it, you can't influence it* Are excited to hear from you
