Duties & Responsibilities

  • Channel-focused responsibility to develop and execute all promotional, advertising, point of sale, and marketing activities supporting B&W sales and products.
  • Advertising, including collaboration and recommendation with account team and dealer on effective advertising vehicles and plans; creative and copy development and proofing.
  • Events, including managing grand openings, trade shows, and CRM events.
  • Training and education, including ongoing Dealer associate training, national and regional training events and training communication and materials.
  • Promotions: developing, managing and analyzing national, local and dealer specific activities.
  • Merchandising, including fixtures, packaging, collateral and signage development, from concept to final deliverables.
  • E-commerce, overseeing Bowers & Wilkins visibility and image portrayed on dealer site.
  • Special projects.
  • Responsible for understanding and tracking MDF expenditures, tracking return on investment for all promotional activities and reporting back to Sales.
  • Responsible for the development of programs, proposals, and justification for incremental funding for projects outside the general MDF scope.


  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Skilled in reading, reviewing and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy and providing concise and accurate feedback.
  • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
  • Demonstrates solid customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates close attention to details
  • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel, shopper and/or product marketing within corporate environments. Fast moving consumer goods and/or electronics industry experience preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns at a regional and national level, including distribution channels and dealer agents. Merchandising strategy and planning experience a plus.
  • Solid customer relationship skills.
  • Highly organized/detail oriented.
  • Extensive project management skills.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing marketing programs.
  • Experience in budget management and tracking.
  • Master level in developing marketing and sales presentations, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
