Lead Developer/Interactive Development
We are looking for a Director of Interactive Development to lead and manage BPIs interactive software development team.
As a leader, you would be setting the direction for the team. Making sure the team understands and follows major technical decisions. We expect that youll be eager to ask questions and create solutions to positively impact the teams productivity and morale. How can we improve performance? We seek a rare individual, who is both an accomplished developer in his/her own right and also can be an enthusiastic manager of people. The candidate will have a proven track record of solving problems, highly effective communication skills, a laser focus on meeting deadlines, and a commitment to a high-level of customer service.
This position involves a mix of hands-on coding and the management of BPIs software development team. Our projects are diverse, each offering new coding challenges with unique hardware/software combinations in order to meet client goals and create memorable moments for their guests.
