Substitute Child Care Teachers must pass state and company background checks. Experience and educational requirements include: At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED. Experience working with children or excellent customer service experience. Subpool Substitutes must work a minimum amount of hours as outlined below as a condition of continued employment:Full-time: 60 hours per pay period (every two weeks) to maintain full-time statusPart-time: 4 hours per pay period to maintain employmentSeasonal: 4 hours per pay period during active months to maintain employment
