We are looking for a Culinary Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for leading and maintaining an effective sourcing and contract management lifecycle process for all products pertaining to the Food and Beverage outlets. This role will plan, organize, manage and control all purchasing functions to ensure that the products purchased are of the highest quality and value, while maintaining Cavallo Point s standards on sustainability. They will oversee all kitchen safety in regards to food storage and sanitation. Will collaborate closely with various business partners across the company and manage vendor and customer relationships to build cohesive and successful partnerships.The incumbent will possess passion and knowledge of seasonal availability of goods. The position requires a minimum of three years previous experience working in a commercial kitchen. Must be able to read invoices and draft documents for the kitchen, and must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
