We are looking for an experienced entry-level to mid level designer to join our creative team designing and developing on-screen and printed materials to support high-stakes, new business initiatives.

The qualifying candidate will be extremely organized and have a critical eye for detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and sophistication. A high-level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required.

This role reports to the Senior Creative Director in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifying candidates will have at least 2 years of experience (ideally in a real estate and/or corporate setting).

Responsibilities:

Create custom digital and print materials including PowerPoint pitch presentations, offering memorandums, RFP responses, infographics, 2D and 3D maps, iconography and leave behind books.

Translate text-heavy information and financial data into compelling visuals that best support targeted business objectives.

Work with high-level executives, associates and financial analysts to gather information that informs a creative and tailored approach to client deliverables.

Takes direction from Senior Creative Director as it relates to approaching projects efficiently and prioritizing competing tasks.

Proactively communicates with Senior Creative Director on project scope and status.

Develops, manages and enforces compliance of shared group processes and standards including asset creation and creative resource management.

Technical Qualifications:

Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (general proficiency and used as a design medium)

Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects is a plus)

Skilled at integrating assets generated from core Adobe programs into PowerPoint

Strong skills in Microsoft Word (formatting, style application)

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (editing data for creation of charts and graphs in PowerPoint)

CSS, HTML, and JavaScript a plus

Familiarity with 3D programs and/or GIS software is a plus
