Job Summary:

TheGlobal Head of Sales will be the most senior executive in Hana focused solelyon Filling the Hana units. This rolewill manage the other sales channels (Local, Brokerage and Enterprise) and workclosely with real estate advisors and strategic account executives across theglobe, along with local Hana unit operations teams to ensure a world-classexperience from initial tour to close. This role will be focused on long-termdeals (minimum 12 months) and will be required to articulate Hanas valueproposition to C-Level executives across multiple departments and understandhow to negotiate and navigate through complex deals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospectand build a prospect/tenant pipeline for existing Hana locations and future unitopenings.
  • Buildrelationships with mid-sized and Enterprise level organizations from initialcontact thru contract execution and beyond.
  • Developa strategic sales plan to be executed with the help of your team for each Hanaunit.
  • ArticulateHana value proposition to C-Level executives across Finance, Development,Operations, HR, and other departments as necessary.
  • Workcross-functionally with Broker/Agency Leasing team, Real Estate teams andOperations to optimize the member experience. Foster collaboration across otherteams.
  • Uncovergrowth opportunities through existing clients.
  • Workwith Real Estate Investments to develop the business case and value propositionfor new unit openings.
  • Leadteams of professionals in day to day activity including building tours, sales forecastingand pipeline management.
  • Maintainsales pipeline by keeping current with unit occupancies, changing trends,economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Outsidethe box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
  • Coordinateweekly pipeline leadership call bringin together stakeholders from across Hana.
  • Providea weekly Fill pipeline summary including detail on all final stagetransactions.
  • Speakat industry events to continue to get the Hana message / business case into themarket?
  • Willingnessto travel at a level consistent with a senior level Sales role approximately50-75% of time
  • Trackrecord of overachieving targets in a market-leading business-to-business salesorganization.
  • Experiencewith longer sales cycles, and multi-contract, value-based, and consultativeselling.
  • Combinationof both inside and face-to-face sales experience.
  • Coworkingsales experience and Real Estate knowledge/experience a plus.
  • Demonstratedability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.
  • Experiencein Information Technology and Services Real Estate Financial Services
  • P&Lexperience is preferred.
  • Experiencein managing sales and building high visibility brands is critical.
  • Experiencein real estate, facilities management or hospitality/coworking experience aplus.
  • Thrivein a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strongcommunication, organization and project management skills.
  • Assertiveand have a strong drive to develop those around you, being an inspirationalleader.
  • Demonstrateintegrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, workethic, and empathy.
  • Strongglobal sales background experience a plus
  • Provenexperience with Business scaling and entrepreneurship.
  • Experiencein planning strategic growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Providesformal supervision to individual employees within multiple functional andoperational areas.
  • Recommendsstaff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action andtermination.
  • Plansand monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, includingovertime.
  • Preparesand delivers performance appraisal for multiple staff. Mentors and coaches teammembers to further develop competencies.
  • Leadsby example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
  • Experiencedpeople manager with a passion for servant leadership, understands that none ofus are as good as all of us, and for developing employees and their careerpaths.
