DescriptionSummary:* Partners with the Divisional Merchandise Managers and Merchants in merchandising the assortment & planning strategies for Ecommerce.* Collaborates with Ecommerce Planning Team to plan & forecast sales, identify areas of opportunity and potential risks to the business.* Collaborates with Allocation Team to allocate desirable styles with appropriate depth.* Collaborates with the Site Merchandising Team on planning weekly campaign for the Ecommerce calendar to highlight brands, products and curated stories.* Collectively work with Ecommerce Planners & Merchants to build divisional merchandise plans by department to align with Ecommerce benchmarks including vendor bottom up plans, flow plans and exit strategies in reviewing projections for key brands & products, stock position, consistent flow of product and profitable exit strategies.* Analyze sales trends that are specific to the Ecommerce channel and communicates differences to Merchant teams.* Review and understand Open to Buy position and functions that impact sales, markdowns, purchases, transfers, etc. in partnership with planning and allocation team.* Liaison between the Merchants and the Ecommerce team to ensure the merchandise is effectively processed through the merchandising system, allocation system and Ecommerce production operations.* Builds collaborative partnerships cross-functionally; with Logistics, Planning; Ecommerce Creative and Marketing Teams.Education and Experience* Bachelor's Degree in Business. Marketing, Project Management or related field.* 1 year Retail buying or planning experience.* High Proficiency in experience with MS Excel and Outlook.* Strong e-Commerce, online merchandising and marketing experience preferred.* Proficient analytical and negotiation skills are required.* Proficient interpersonal skills are require to work with cross functioning teams.* Strong organization skills, communication skills and time management skills.* Must be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.* Team Player.Minimum RequirementsResponsibilitiesDaily* Review daily demands to understand sales trends.* Review daily RM, OO, keyrecs & sales reports to identify allocation opportunities to eComm.* Code all allocated styles to fill studio caps for studio production.Weekly* Prepare weekly sales recaps for Merchants, Site Merchandisers & Planners to review business.* Communicate daily demand and net sales by dept. vs. plan.* Recap flash events.* Highlight top performing depts, brands & products.* Meet with Ecommerce Manager to develop & execute flash events and weekly campaigns.* Maintain divisional flash events calendar.* Plot out brands and/or product call outs.* Meet with Buyers & Allocators to ensure overall style/depth targets are met.* Meet with Planners to identify opportunities and risks to sales plan based on current business trends.* Identify slow sellers and plan any releases.Monthly* Meet with collectively with Merchants, Site Merchandisers, Ecommerce Planners to review last 4 weeks of business, review upcoming schedule of events and strategically plan new events for the campaign calendar. Discuss and execute any new strategies for new brands & products to the site. Communicate any voids and work with buyers to fill in any gaps.* Review Allocation Request files and update comments for any voids.Seasonal* Prepare end of season analysis and SWOT repot to present to upper mgt.* Participate in cat strats with buyers, planners and upper mgt and contribute or learn new growth opportunities.Other* Perform online research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.* Regular BI training.* SME assignments to explore other opportunities within the company.CORE VALUES* Belief in and behaviors reflective of Century 21's Higher Purpose and Core Values.
