**Position Description:**

CGI has a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Consulting Services in our East Region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with business development experience in the public sector to become our State of NJ Account Leader. You should have a deep knowledge working with the \"State of NJ\" procurement processes and have contacts within multiple State agencies, particularly State Ed and NJ DOT. You will be working to drive and grow our business. Must have experience selling to multiple NJ State agencies.

You should have a strong record of accomplishment of profitable growth along with account expansion and management. You will manage strong delivery SME's and will focus on growing our relationship and portfolio within the State of NJ. Must be currently living in the NJ metro area. A majority of your time will be spent in the Trenton area.

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**

? Expand our portfolio with the \"The State of NJ\".

? Drive Revenue and Profitability.

? Bring deep knowledge and delivery capability, be integrated into the market place and be responsible for bringing solutions and thought leadership to our clients, work well in collaborative environments, be highly motivated by delivering excellent services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

? Will use and leverage your experience and creativity to design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments.

? Lead a team of professionals - both direct reports and via US based onshore delivery centers.

? Manage client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams.

? Contribute to business strategy, budget planning and manage profitability of engagements.

? Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts within the State of NJ Public Sector.

? Lead proposals and evolve solution offerings.

? Overall accountability for the winning of competitive proposals.

? Overall accountability of service delivery to our clients.

? Ensure success of engagements using US based onshore delivery centers and strategic partners.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**

? Min 10+ years of minimum IT and Consulting Services experience.

? Deep understanding and knowledge of the State of New Jersey Public Sector.

? Ability to interact with C-Level decision makers.

? Results oriented business leader with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and complex pricing models.

? Business development including strategic sales planning.

? Client engagement management and relationship building.

? A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect; superior conceptual thinking as well as analytical and problem solving skills.

? Be independent, self-starting, and be able to stay calm under the pressures of multiple deadlines.

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.

? Proven record of creating and maintaining business partnerships and relationships.

? Minimum Education Required: Bachelors
