Company Job Title: Chenega Job Title: Clearance: Location: Reports To: FLSA Status: Prepared Date: Approved Date: Summary: Quality Control Manager shall beresponsible to ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with the CompanyQuality Control Program to meet the performance requirements of the performancework statement. Duties andResponsibilities: Implementsa quality control program, conduct inspections, and modify the program toprovide for correction of deficiencies identified. areas in meeting the requirementsof the contract as specified. Documentcorrective action and maintain accurate and complete records of alldeficiencies and actions taken. Establishand maintain a system of controlling the quality of maintenance and repairs to equipment,systems, or services to ensure the PWS requirements are met. Inspectcontract requirements to ensure compliance with established PWS performancestandards. Tracksdeficiencies by category and cause, verifying no repeat deficiencies. Tracksall deliverables to ensure timely submission. Coordinate with the responsibleparty to ensure timely completion and report deliverable status to the ContractManager. Evaluatesand verifies employee performance through the review of completed workassignments and work techniques. Maintainsrecords, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work andthe quality of the work. Analyzesthe nature and cause of errors to identify areas needing improvement in thedepartment s processes and systems. Reviews,analyzes, and resolves performance issues, documenting the root cause and finalresolution. Servesas a liaison with staff and management concerning error trends and problemareas. Assist ProgramManager with supervisory responsibilities as needed. Otherduties as assigned MinimumQualifications: Bachelor's degree(B. A.) from four-year college or university as a minimum or four (4) plusyears of experience may be taken into consideration as the equivalent.

Five(5) plus years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

Governmentservices contract experience is desirable. Mustmaintain a valid state s driver license in order to drive any customer orcompany vehicles. Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: Must be able tounderstand, read, write, and speak fluent English. Computer Skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint at intermediate level. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills Abilityto follow oral and written directions. Abilityto read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions. Abilityto effectively present information to departmental management, employees, and governmentpersonnel. Abilityto apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished inwritten or oral form. Abilityto define problems, collection information and establish facts.
