The VP, Marketing Campaign Manager On-Site Acquisitions will manage the day-to-day execution for on-site acquisition campaigns. The candidate will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the marketing campaigns, including requirements documents, determining and meeting timelines for various processes, partnering with legal/compliance/privacy teams, and measuring and reporting campaign performance.

This role supports marketing on Citicards.com and Citi.com to new and current customers. Specifically, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the on-site campaign management process, including campaign prioritization, creative development, campaign trafficking, and QA
  • Maintain all products on the Citi domain sites (Citi cards and citi.com) including offer and marketing copy updates to support strategic goals.
  • Be responsible for managing all onsite pre-log in creative assets in addition to assisting with implementation of A-B tests requested by the business.
  • Understand and manage all steps needed for cohesive campaign launches across different types of content (static, dynamic, banners, etc.), each with different timelines and launch processes.
  • Partner closely with product teams across US Cards, Retail Bank and Mortgage to prioritize campaigns and maintain onsite campaign schedule for the team
  • Partner closely with platform managers (MIM, CMS, Testing, etc.) to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner and processes are working as expected
  • Perform day-to-day campaign tasks as needed, including control documentation (pre and post live screenshots), submitting campaign requests, and maintain asset repositories.
  • Own testing workflow onsite (via Adobe Target) and manage reporting output for LOB partners.
  • Candidate must have prior digital marketing experience and be able to build and maintain relationships with key internal partners, including product strategy leads, marketing operations, production support, marketing technology, third-party vendors and others. They must also be able to work creatively within a process-driven environment.

    The successful candidate will be a self-starter who learns quickly, has superior attention to detail, is process oriented, and is a strong project manager. Ability to navigate in a fluid environment is key. Should have a flexible and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and areas of focus as they emerge. Strong knowledge of digital marketing capabilities, including targeting, modeling, and real-time decisioning is preferred. Strong data and analytic skills a plus.

    Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
