Job Title: Summer Associate, Consultant Relations

Department: Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations

Job Reports To: Head of Global Consultant Relations

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

The Summer Associate will work closely with Consultant Relations team to support day-to-day needs and execute long- term projects that will advance the department and external consultant relationships. Given the nature of consultant influence with prospects and clients, the Summer Associate will also be working with Institutional Sales and Relationship Management teams. This includes working with each team to develop reports on activity tracking with consultants, assist with outreach efforts at various stages, and generally support the departments' largest initiatives.

Major Responsibilities:

* Partner with Institutional leadership team to develop and analyze reporting that best fits needs and goals of department
* Track and maintain institutional pipeline
* Assist with deliverables for consultant and direct sales meetings and follow-ups
* Research and report on consulting firms' thought leadership and other publications to gain market insight
* Help develop and execute strategies for standardized and custom outreach to prospects and consultants
* Work closely with Consultant Relations and Sales associates to learn about firm and industry practices
* Assist in utilization and maintenance of Salesforce and other internal systems

Minimum Requirements:

* Must be a Rising Senior in a Bachelors degree program
* Strong understanding Microsoft Word and Excel
* Organizational and problem-solving skills
* Must be able and willing to work in a team oriented environment
* Ability to multi-task and superior attention to detail
* Interest in analytics and finance

Working Conditions:

* Full-time in summer (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or as needed)
