Reporting to the Divisional Administrator, the Executive Assistant offers administrative support to the Divisional Administrator and other Divisional Leaders as assigned.
Maintain the Administrator's calendar, coordinate meeting schedules, and make travel arrangements. Process reimbursement, check requests, and purchase order requisitions. Responsible for preparation of conferences and meetings: arrange meeting sites; prepare materials; and contact speakers and participants. Respond to routine correspondence, maintain records or files, and respond to visitors and telephone calls. Provide assistance with grant applications if needed and review guides. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications for Grade

Comprehensive knowledge of Phone/Voicemail/e-mail/Instant messaging and take clear, concise messages and relays messages or routes calls in a timely manner.
