Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that unit standards are maintained in terms of customer profitability, pricing, contracts, and equipment investments.
Collaborates on the development and implementation of customer and contract performance metrics and tools. Analyzes prospective customer
agreements to assess profitability and risk; makes recommendations to improve profitability where needed. Develops financial and operational
objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one
or more groups of professional employees.
Core Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting for specific programs of responsibility.
- Analyzes actual results against expected performance and communicates areas for improvement.
- Develops, evaluates, and implements performance metrics for functions supervised.
- Measures and analyzes actual performance and makes recommendations for improving profitability where needed.
- Reviews and analyzes forecasts and recommends changes where appropriate.
- Updates forecasts with new developments to provide management with a current perspective of the business.
- Primary vendor manager for multiple programs or entities across the Marketing organization, may include both operating and capital programs
- Serve as the main Point of Contact and subject matter expert for any and all questions related to the financial impact of product development and delivery, including: (a) supporting business case development/analysis, (b) budget and forecast impact analysis.
- Will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Comcast Finance, Procurement and Legal teams
- Will own and manage the complete list of all business vendors as needed and warranted, including the repository of all vendor/partner-related documents, including MSAs (Master Services Agreements), Consulting Agreements, Hardware/ Software agreements, SOWs (Statement of Work), and any contractual document or ancillary Comcast-vendor documents.
- Will own, update, and optimize (as required) the onboarding process for vendors in accordance with Comcast standards.
- Understand the financial impact for ensuring that vendors are paid as timely and as accurately as possible, including both: (a) how vendors are paid by Comcast, or (b) how vendors invoice for their services/deliverables.
- Own the process for fielding, reviewing, and assessing new vendor and contract requests that originate outside of the DCOE organization.
- Establishes and implement policies and procedures needed to achieve goals.
- Develops, mentors, and trains analysts to ensure department work performance and objectives are met.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent, CMA or CPA desired
- Generally requires 8-11 years related experience
